GKTM complies with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005, the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007, the Safety Health and Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2006 to include amendment 2008 extension for implementation of CSCS requirements for persons working on public roads, Chapter.8 of Traffic Signs Manual to include best practice as laid out in the National Guidance Document (Ashbourne Group), The Road Traffic Act, Road Traffic (signs regulations) and Control of Traffic Regulations together with all other legislation relevant to our operations.
